When Updating Contact Owner The Associated Account Owner Also Gets Updated (Doc ID 2618681.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Contact and accounts owenrship

One of the users has noticed that when she changes the contact ownership, the related account also gets assigned to her.
This seems to have been happening since the last release (19C), can you please let us know how to turn this off?


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When changing the owner of the contact, the owner of the associated account should not change.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-open contact with an account associated to it
-change the owner of the contact
-open the account associated to that contact
-Verify that the owner of the account was updated with the same owner that was set in the contact

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users will modify inadvertently the owner of the accounts.
