Update Contact Points

The Contact Point can be inserted successfully with SourceSystem, SourceSystemReferenceValue however, the update ends with error.
 
ERROR
-----------------------
An error occurred during the data import. (MKT-285235) Details: This error occurred while importing data: A record with the value XXX,XXXXXXXXXX already exists. Enter a unique value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Tools > Import Management
3. Click Create Import Activity
Set Name
Set Object = Contact Point
File Name: Click on the Choose File button and select the file
Under Advanced Options, set Import Mode to Update and create records
4. Click the Next button
5. Click the Next button
6. Click the Submit button

Mapping:
PartyId
SourceSystem
SourceSystemReferenceValue
ContactPointType
PrimaryFlag
EmailPurpose
EmailAddress

7. After the data is inserted, attempt to update with the same mapping; the import ends in error.

Note: the ContactPointId does work.
The same issue exists for EMAIL and PHONE type.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Import Management to udpate Contact Point using SourceSystem, SourceSystemReferenceValue.
