ReSA Transactions in Error But No Records in SA_ERROR Table (Doc ID 2618900.1)

Symptoms

In an unidentified scenario at the customer end, some transactions that are our of balance exist in Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) but no TRAN_OUT_BAL records could be seen in SA_ERROR table.

Steps to test by forcing the scenario:
1. Create a transaction in ReSA and ensure that transaction is out of balance (has a TRAN_OUT_BAL error).  
2. Delete the TRAN_OUT_BAL error from the SA_ERROR table.
3. Run the batches saprepost sapreexp post batch.
4. Verify that a TRAN_OUT_BAL error is written for the transaction in Step 1.
