On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, .Manage Compensation

Why Approval Notification is opening blank ?

1. We have created an ICP plan with approval.
2. Approval notification is getting generated and going to e-mail as well
3. In the e-mail, the notification has appropriate content, However in the bell notification, when we open the notification it is blank
