Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Account import results in an error.

ERROR
-----------------------
You must enter a party name. (HZ-120051)
Cause: At least one of the required name fields in the HZ_IMP_PARTIES_T table is missing a value.
Action: Enter ORGANIZATION_NAME for an organization. Enter PERSON_FIRST_NAME or PERSON_LAST_NAME or both for a person.,

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities
3. Click Actions > Create (or the Create icon)
4. Complete the import for Object = Account with the following mapping:
Account PartyOrigSystem
Account PartyOrigSystemReference
Account Organization Name
Account Country
etc.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot import the accounts.
