Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Microsoft Office 365

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

I noticed in the Office 365 Monitoring screeen, that the synchronization got stuck this morning.
Also noticed that the sync is In progress for one particular user.

All other users show last last successful sync at the same time.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Synchronization should work.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot synchronize the O365 with OSC.
