Symptoms

On Fusion Product Hub : 11.13.19.10.0
When attempting to update context sensitive trading partner item dffs using the updateTradingPartnerItem service call , the following issue occurs.

-- Issue
When attempting to pass an update for the context sensitive trading partner item dff attribute, the update is not made.

It appears as though the context sensitive trading partner item dff attribute is ignored.

-- Expected Behaviour
Customer expects to be able to successfully update context sensitive trading partner item dff attributes via the updateTradingPartnerItem service call

-- What is working
The customer is able to successfully update global trading partner item dff attributes via the updateTradingPartnerItem service call.

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. SOAP UI
2. Connect to the TradingPartnerItemServiceV2 WSDL
3. Provide payload data for the updateTradingPartnerItem request
4. Submit request
5. Observe that the update is not made to the context sensitive trading partner item dff attribute

-- Business Impact
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update context sensitive trading partner item dff attributes via the updateTradingPartnerItem service call
