Email Filters Not Catching Out-of-Office Notifications

We have below email filters created to reject auto response.
[A-Za-z0-9._ %+-/(/)/[/]]*Out of Office[A-Za-z0-9._ %+-/(/)/[/]]*
[A-Za-z0-9._ %+-/(/)/[/]]*Automatic reply:[A-Za-z0-9._ %+-/(/)/[/]]*
The agent send an email from SR to the primary contact, but the primary contact is out of office. So there was an OOO auto reply send back to the system and a new SR is created for this. We need the email filter to prevent this from happening.
