How to make Pending Workers in Oracle HCM Cloud be made as Contacts in Oracle Engagement Cloud? Customer wanted to manage inquiries from Pending Workers as Service Requests (SRs) in Oracle Engagement Cloud.
They're able to add usage 'Contact' to employees created in Oracle HCM Cloud using the Persons component available through Customer Data Management functionality. (Navigation: Navigator > Customer Data Management > Persons). But, unable to find person records of Pending Workers there to add additional usage ‘Contact’ to their person record.
