Search Bar is not Working Within the Summary Cost Sheet in a Workspace (Doc ID 2619295.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

If we look for a specific item in the Workspace Cost Sheet, using the search box, it always comes back with no results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

For the search to return results.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Workspace and navigate to Costs and Funds, Summary Cost Sheet (by Workspace).
2. Using the Search Bar, search for any Project listed.
3. No results are returned.
