On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Service Contract

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Contract not getting expired after asset gets end dated

There is an active contract for an asset. Went to Installed Base and end dated the asset. However, that did not update the contract back. i.e. contract does not get end dated. It remains active. We are expecting the expiration record on the Reprocess Installed Base UI but nothing appears there. Will upload all screenshots.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Contract should be end dated.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The contract is getting closed, but, in the front end there is no indication that it got closed. In the backend we can see the closed date, but, front end does not show closed date. The contract shows active and the end date is unchanged.
