Fusion Global HR: If Line Manager Is Missing, Transactions Having FYI to Line Manager Are Failing (Doc ID 2619495.1)

When attempting to perform a transaction having a FYI to be sent to the line manager of the worker (like change working hours, promote), the following error is thrown in case the employee does not have a line manager record:

Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in evaluating routing slip. Check the underlying exception and correct the error in the routing slip.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. submit transaction
2. error occurs

Expected behavior is for the application to complete the transaction successfully without sending any FYI.
