Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Phone Number Has Incorrect Formatting (Doc ID 2619642.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

When completing a job application and adding a phone number with a country code, the format will show correctly on the Candidate Experience site (external career site).

When viewing the job application in Recruiting (ORC), the country code is not added. 

If the candidate enters a phone number without a country code, the phone number is still not in the correct format in Recruiting.
