Why Some Transactions Are In Eligibility Error Status ? (Doc ID 2619744.1)

User identified that a few transactions are not getting calculated and have Eligibility Error status even though it has the same credit category.

Sample Transactions :
Transaction Number              Event Date    Credit Category   Status
12191640818894258286       2019-08-31  CC1                   ELIGIBLE
12272653918792028438       2019-09-15  CC1                   ELIGIBILITY_ERROR

The credit category CC1 is on the participant's compensation plan setup and is assigned till 2023-12-31.
