Goal

 We are considering the migration to the idcs user data with using REST API.
 We got user data from source idcs instance via the REST API and posted that data to another IDCS instance.
 However, some user data failed to post to idcs due to error with uidNumber attribute.
 What is the IDCS User Attribute uidNumber Used for?
