Symptoms
dbaascli database update fails with below error
2019-12-03 11:34:42.591841 - ERROR : Update db_unique_name to xxx failed.please check logfile /var/opt/oracle/log/xxx/update/update_2019-12-03_11:28:53.814386340998.log
Re-run update db_unique_name after fixing the issue
dbaascli log showing below error
ORA-39511: Start of CRS resource for instance '223' failed with error:
[CRS-5702: Resource 'ora.xx.db' is already running on 'xxxxxxxx'
CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.xx_b.db' has placement error.
clsr_start_resource:260 status:223
clsrapi_start_db:start_asmdbs status:223
