Symptoms

When attempting to load ExternalBankAccount.dat with HDL,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The person referenced as an external bank account owner has no party ID. Run the Synchronize Person Records process to generate party IDs. (HRC-1035647)

oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.ApplcoreException: JBO-HRC:::HRC_DL_EXT_ACC_NO_PARTY_ID: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>HRC-1035647</NUMBER><TEXT>The person referenced as an external bank account owner has no party ID. Run the Synchronize Person Records process to generate party IDs.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS>For terminated workers, run the Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information process.</DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>
