Symptoms
On 11.13.19.10.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation
There is no refund of NI Employee amount in the retro process once NI Category is changed from A To C or from A To H.
Steps to reproduce:
1.)Ran QuickPay for employee for December 2019 with NI Category as A
2.)NI category changed to C from 1/12/2019
3.)Ran retro process in January 2020. Employee has been picked up in the process
4) Ran QuickPay for January 2020
5) NI Employee not deducted for January month however December NI Employee deduction not refunded
