Symptoms

When attempting to access the Administration [tab] --> Enterprise Data --> Activities --> Any of the Activity code sections (Example: Activity Codes - Project), the following error occurs:

ERROR
On screen error: An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again or contact administrator.

Pop-up error: Unable to load data. Request sent with invalid data.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web
  2. Click Administration [tab]
  3. Select Enterprise Data
  4. Select any of the Activity code sections (Example: Activity Codes - Project)

ADDITIONAL
Issue occurs for multiple (all) users.
Issue occurs from any workstation.
Issue occurs when using Edge and Chrome browsers.
Issue occurs when a project is open or with no projects open.
User also reports a 504 Gateway Time-Out after waiting 10+ minutes for the Enterprise data to load in Edge.
