When attempting to enter Sick leave within 273 days of Maternity Leave for an employee,
the following error occurs.

The statutory sick pay can't be paid during the 39 weeks period of statutory maternity unless a curtailment exists. Use sickness during maternity instead. (HRX-1562109)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Person management - Manage absence records
2. Enter the Sick leave and try to save the record
3. See the error message raised
