Simple analysis returns only the logged in user data even with no filter

Expected to see all the participants in the same Business Unit

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a simple analysis:
SELECT "Plan Component"."Plan Component Name",
  "- Earning Summary"."Commission Paid PTD",
  "- Earning Summary"."Target Incentive",
  "Calendar"."Period Name"
  FROM "Incentive Compensation - Earning and Attainment Summary Real Time"

Run query, no results displayed
