How to use 19 tab customer FBDI to update account sites manually entered in UI with no source System

Customer deployed flexfields at the account site level in order to update the territories. All of their customer sites were originally imported using FBDI however a handful do not have source system as they were manually entered in the UI.

How can customer use FBDI to bulk update data for customer with no source system (i.e. a customer site entered in the UI)?

The process is as follows:
1) Update the 6 territory flexfields at the account site level tab
2) Use 19 tab FBDI import utility to update all the fields.
