On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Service Requests


The customer has a custom sub tab under the Service Request to a custom object and when they went to modify the fields that were available to be displayed on the 'Search and Add' Dialog box, they cannot add or modify the fields that are displayed in the dialog box.

How can the customer add or modify the fields on the 'Search and Add' Dialog box?
