Symptoms

After upgrading to 19D, when processing AP Invoices to Fixed Assets, the Create Mass Additions would error with

"This category combination is invalid. Enter a valid category combination."

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to 19D
2. Submit Create Mass Additions
3. Verify invoice line is showing category error
