When attempting to run Create Mass Additions,
the following errors occur.

ERROR

- displayed in UI in Scheduled Processes: An error occurred. Message: Get FA Book ledger id based on FA API

- mentioned in Log: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run Create Mass Additions
2. the job ends in error
3. The following error is displayed as a Completion Text in the job details: An error occurred. Message: Get FA Book ledger id based on FA API
4. The following error is displayed in the process log: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
