Last updated on APRIL 04, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Assets Cloud Service - Version 11.13.19.07.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The Capitalization Threshold functionality is treating everything below the Threshold as an Expensed asset type, even the negative asset lines coming from Cancelled Invoices from Payables.

These cancelled invoice line are to be added to the existing assets which were created from the original invoice. The original invoice line which was over the threshold and hence that line was Capitalized. However the cancelled invoice line related to it is now Expensed due to the threshold

How to handle this scenario with current functionality if users want to add the cancelled invoice lines to existing assets?
