Add Asset Manually Not Working (Doc ID 2621102.1)

When I select 'create asset'
The system asks me to refresh and then I receive the error message:
" An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident 48, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instnace: UI Server_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP."
How fix that?
