When attempting to access Manage Document of records following error occurs.
ERROR

oracle.jbo.domain.DataCreationException: JBO-15009: Cannot create an object of type: java.sql. Date from type: java.lang.String with value? YYYY-MM-DD(date of dor)
JBO-25009: Cannot create an object of type:java.sql.Date from type:java.lang.String with value? YYYY-MM-DD(date of dor).
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator
2. My Client Groups
3. Person management
4. Search for person
5. Go to Tasks -> Manage DOR and see the errors.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the document of records for some employees.
