Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Performance
When scheduled "Update Project Performance Data Without Producing Report" daily takes too much time to complete than average time and it is completing in "Warning" status
One child process - "Maintain Project Performance Data: Maintain Oracle Essbase Cube" of UPPD program which is completing in Error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Scheduled scheduled "Update Project Performance Data Without Producing Report" to run at 11PM UTC daily
It takes too much time to complete than average time and it is completing in "Warning" status with above warning message
