ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Item Structure Changes are not cascading to work definition even after running the process 'Process Item Structure Changes to Work Definitions'
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Changes need to reflect at Work Definition level.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Item
2. Create WorkDefinition
3. Create Structure
4. Run process 'Process Item Structure Changes to Work Definitions'
