Symptoms

TransactionManagerServiceV2 is being invoked at different intervals to add lines to an existing shipment.

ERROR

Shipment number already exists. Enter a unique number.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke TransactionManagerServiceV2 to create a Shipment
2. After the transaction in #1 is processed, invoking the TransactionManagerServiceV2 for the same shipment
