Unable to consume CPQ's WDSL deploy method in Oracle Engagement Cloud

Add method is now working and data is successfully pushed to CPQ.
But deploy method is issuing the same error message and thus it is not working as expected.

Deploy method execution is required to have the new data reflected in CPQ.

Error seen:

Exception in expression "OrganizationDVO" object function PushtoCPQ() : oracle.binding.expr.ServiceInvocationException Unexpected exception caught: oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException, msg=Client received SOAP Fault from server : The table_name attribute on the DataTables tag is required and must be not be empty: Client received SOAP Fault from server : The table_name attribute on the DataTables tag is required and must be not be empty
