Goal

When we are trying to promote a person and the moment we change their position, a position synchronization message pops up and the options are selected by default even though we have not enabled these fields to be synchronized at the enterprise level or Legal entity level.
• Regular or Temporary
• Full Time or Part Time
• Working Hours
Why are these fields checked by default. These fields should be unchecked by default and should leave as a choice for the user to select if required.
