How To Check If An Element Is Set Up To Trigger ROE Event Notification (Doc ID 2621546.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 26, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Payroll Cloud Service - Version 11.13.19.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

An absence was created for an employee. The absence is of the type Maternity, the element attached to it has a primary classification of Absence and a secondary classification of Maternity. this secondary classification has been mapped to the ROE reason of Maternity.

This is the expectation that when this absence record is created for an employee, the application would have triggered an ROE notification event.

However, there was no notification created for the above transaction.

We need to check if during the element creation, the question for "Should this element create a ROE event notification?" was answered with a "Yes", but are unable to find anything on the "Manage Elements" screen which indicates this value.
