Articles/ Knowledge Separation By BU

Information in this document applies to any platform.
We have a major issue with separating info (Knowledge articles) between Business Units.
We have created Categories for managing articles content, and each category is linked to specific BU.
However, right now, each employee can see all articles, for all Bus, although he should see only his own BU articles (As updated at Assignment Details).
How can it be set so each employee only sees articles for his own BU?
