When attempting to manually reset the password for a user account (in cloud admin), error occurs:
Manually Resetting Password Operation failed for User : <USERNAME> The password change operation failed. IAM-3010067:Password reset failed because the user with LDAP DN cn=FIRST LAST,cn=Users,dc=int,dc=oracleindustry,dc=com does not exist in the directory.:cn=USERNAME,cn=Users,dc=int,dc=oracleindustry,dc=com
Steps to Reproduce
- Log into Cloud admin utility.
- Select user and the gear icon - choose reset password.
- Select "manually change the password"
- Enter new password
- Error appears.
