Endpoints Return a 503 Response While Making Changes to a Specific Widget in OCC Admin UI

Using the rest API you may encounter 503 responses on GET statements that otherwise shouldnt be returning failed request just to grab a payload for one of our assets.
On the front end you may notice that while making changes to a specific widget in OCCS admin, you may encounter a specific asset that when navigating to it in the OCCS, specifically perhaps to try and edit the js file or something similar like css changes, when OCCS goes to load the js file contents, it will spin forever, and essentially stall out. If you debug the browser you would likely notice a failed call to GET the widget details in the network tab
