Implemented Oracle fusion cloud(procure to Pay process) and went live long time back. Now business want to enabled Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting feature.

What is the impact of changing of Accounting Method? Can be added current existing subledger accounting rule sets to Standard accrual with Encumbrance Accounting method?
