Relogin to OBIEE Integrated with IDCS Using SSO in the Same Browser Redirecting to the IDCS Homepage not OBIEE Page (Doc ID 2622239.1)

Using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) integrated with Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) for SSO:

The login and logout works fine. When trying to do login again in the same browser, it is redirecting to the IDCS homepage although It should redirect back to the OBIEE Analytics page.

When trying to do login again on the same OBIEE page after the logout, it should keep redirecting to the OBIEE page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBIEE using SSO.
2. Logout.
3. Relogin again on the same OBIEE page in the same browser session, it is redirecting to the IDCS homepage instead of the OBIEE Analytics page.
