Fusion Global HR: In Manage Address Format, Country Field Cannot Be Renamed (Doc ID 2622339.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer needs to rename the country field (in Manage Address Format) to "country/region" for Taiwan.
Customer tried personalizing in the mobile responsive pages but the current input text fields are currently
set to inactive

Customer previously tried the User Interface Text to rename the field from “country” to
“country/region”. However, the renaming will be applied to all countries (and there’s no option to
apply it for a specific country).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer needs to rename the country field (in Manage Address Format) to "country/region" for Taiwan.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.MANAGE aDDRESS fORMAT- for Taiwan- Address Style Format: Taiwanese HCM Address Format- Format Variation Layout
Prompt - Country Region/ Address Element- Country
However, in the Contact Info, the prompt is still displayed as country:
