Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 19.7

When attempting to open the Shell to load the tree structure, the following error occurs.

Internal Server Error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign into the environment
  2. Select the project/shell
  3. Expand the project and click on a node to load the tree structure


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the shell to load the tree structure.
