AD Bridge Ignores Configured Synchronization Timer (Doc ID 2622520.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.2.1 version, Identity Bridge

Logs show that the bridge is ignoring the configured import interval (60 minutes) and continues to check and process changes every minute.

This is causing a lot of network traffic between the Identity Bridge and the AD Server.
