Role restriction of Secure DBIs causing eligibility issue for employees to enroll in Benefits ESS
For employees with an Employee security role ,we are unable to process benefits from self-service as there is no access to the secure DBIs. However, when we use the Human Resource Analyst role and the Human Resource Specialist role along with employee role, we are able to process the benefits.Since these roles cannot be assigned to all employees we are looking to Oracle to provide us a optimal workaround. Can you please confirm what duties can be added to accomplish the requirement?
