Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Created opportunity in Oracle Siebel.
Through REST API, the opportunity is migrated to Oracle Engagement Cloud.
Upon process completion, the opportunity parameters are changed, follows:
Win Prob = 10%, Sales Stage = 01-Identify, Status = Open




EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectancy is to have the Oppty details transferred from Oracle Siebel to OEC correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create Opportunity in Oracle Siebel.
2. migrate Siebel created opportunity to Oracle Engagement Cloud via Rest API.
3. opportunity gets defaulted to Win Prob = 10% and Sales Stage = 01-Identify, with Status = Open
