There Are No Users And/Or Groups to Select Sending a Draft Record to the Next Step When Opened from Home Tab (Doc ID 2622829.1)

On : Unifier 18.8.9


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When opening a draft record from the Home tab and attempting to send it to the next step, after clicking on To to bring up a list of users and/or groups, the window opens but there are no users and/or groups to select.  If the draft record is opened from the specific shell, there are users and/or groups to select.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

There should be users and/or groups to select when sending a draft record to the next step that was opened from the Home tab.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Click on the Home Tab > Drafts
  3. Open a draft record
  4. Click Send and select workflow if necessary
  5. Click on the Select option for To
  6. Notice the window opens with no users and/or groups to select
  7. Now navigate to the Shell > Collaboration > Drafts and open the same record
  8. Follow same process as to send the record to the next step and notice you do have users and/or groups to select.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open a draft record from the Home tab and send it to the next step.
