Symptoms

On : NA version, Connectivity Agent

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Agent is getting disconnected from ICS instance couple of times a day and agent process is no longer running on Agent Machine.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Agent should not getting disconnected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Agent should be up and running all time.
