Symptoms

In E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) Integrated environment using the EBS Asserter (E-Business Suite Asserter) to facilitate the EBS MFA requirements, the number of active connections in the EBS Asserter JDBC connection pools have been increasing to the maximum and causing the connection errors below:
