Unable to create and save new advanced search filter lists.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to create and save advanced search lists.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Service Request page
2. Create an advanced search list
3. No save button is available.
