Information in this document applies to any platform.
All of the below symptoms will likely exist:
- The candidate accepts or refuses the offer from the Task tab in the career section and submits (no error)
- The candidate's CSW status is not updated to reflect the offer status
- The Offer PDF is not created
- When looking at the EOffer process, one sees the EOffer System Task has been cancelled.
