CORS Issue For Service Calls With Ctrl + F5 (Doc ID 2623475.1)

Symptoms

We have VBCS apps with token relay enabled for the Fusion Service connections. The usual access to the apps works fine.
But when we click the Ctrl + F5 on the browser, we see the below error for the Service calls.
